Fantastic 5 star service from Jess, Jade, James and Shauna in Peter Alan very recently! After being in touch with another local agent in Maesteg who were very rude I cautiously made touch with Peter Alan instead. I walked in to one of the most friendly and welcoming offices I think I’ve ever been in. I was greeted by what seemed like everyone who wanted to help. I sat with Jess who took all of my details and requirements about the house I was looking to sell and also cared about what I wanted in the aftermath of this. She arranged for the valuer to come to my property the very same day and to say I was blown away was an understatement. Jade was again more than helpful, full of knowledge, let me in on a lot of useful information that I didn’t even think was possible and really reassured me in moving forward. I really felt like this company had my back. Jade then went onto finalising everything there and then and even arranged for the photographer to be there the next day. As I was moving to Newport and hadn't thought about the financial side of things Jade also arranged for me to go into the office for a cost of moving exercise with James their mortgage man. When I explained I was looking for something quick I didn’t realise this was immediately and Peter Alan certainly pulled out all the stops for me. Having also then met with James he shed a whole new light on how I could use my money wisely and also with using him become a life time member meaning I get to use Peter Alan’s service whenever I like, which is a bonus to know they are always there. My house then sold before it even went on the market, the girls in the office got straight to work and I had viewings hours after handing over my keys!!! This obviously made me very happy and also huge credit to Shauna for being there to take a massive weight off my shoulders when it come to all the legal side of things, she again assisted me where needed and nothing was too much trouble. She even done all my posting! Sorry to have rattled on but this experience has given me so much pleasure and I think everyone deserves to sell their house with ease especially with it being ‘one of the most stressful times’ you’ll go through! Not with these guys on board! Thank you all so much, I wish you all very well for the future and hope the chocolates go down a treat. They are more than deserved!!! Karen J.

Such a lovely experience buying our first home! From the moment we expressed interest in the property, the team made themselves completely available to us, answering all our questions and were very prompt with all communications. Uploading what seem like great properties at a great price in order to clickbait people into calling seems to be the new marketing plan at Peter Alan, Maesteg. Landlords; you have to ask yourselves: is this the estate agency you want to associate with? Tenants; you have to ask yourselves, are the astronomical fees really worth this kind of treatment from what should be a 5 star estate agency? I would usually expect better from the 'leading' estate agent in the area.

Top service! I only actually used the mortgage advisor here, James. I went into the process of buying a house dreading all of the paperwork etc that comes along with it but James made it all manageable and cleared up anything I didn't understand as well as keeping in regular contact with myself via email.
