Google5* review as I could not rate or recommend the team highly enough - Ewan, Ann and Matt are extremely helpful, professional and efficient. As a novice solo landlord, I first signed up with a prominent high street named estate agents thinking that I would get a first class service however I found that I was very much an inconvenience and that they clearly prioritised other areas first. I switched to Northwoods and this could not be further from Northwoods approach whom I have found to provide a seamless and smooth service, provide practical advise and who always respond quickly and efficiently to any issues. In sum, if looking for an estate agents to help with renting your property, looking after your property and finding suitable tenants then I could not recommend this team highly enough! Thanks for your 5* service :)

I used Northwood to sell my house after previously using another local estate agents who had had my house on their books for 3 months and although getting viewings, had not managed to secure any kind of offer, depsite other similar properties to mine being sold during the same period,and were not particularly pro active and I was keen to sell quite quickly .I decided to move to Northwood and found them much more helpful, they looked at my house and couldn't understand why it had not sold. Within days of moving to them I had a number of viewings and a couple of very interested buyers who had their own properties to sell. Within 6 weeks of moving to them, they had secured a sale for me and helped the whole process run smoothly from start to finish. I would certainly use them again and would highly recommend them, - Matt Evans in particular was very helpful and professional throughout.

Absolutely appalling service from start to finish selling our property with them. Not once did they contact us proactively, we did all the chasing. Found us a 'quick, cash buyer' which turned out to be a slow buyer who required a mortgage, so essentially lied to us to make the sale. We are so glad to have finally completed and have these people out of our lives. The most stressful 10 months ever - steer clear of these cowboys.

So, so impressed with all Winnie and Barry have done to help us move within 5 days from start to finish, they pulled out all the stops to get us moved in record time. Extremely helpful and attentive from start to finish, with nothing being too much trouble for them. Since picking up the keys they have been at the end phone if we’ve needed anything. Highly recommended, can’t thank them enough ****
