GoogleHolden and Prescott initially managed our property for letting and we found them to be superb, very responsive to any issues within the property and found excellent tenants each time. We also sold the property through them and, again, we were so impressed. We had lots of viewings from day one and they sold the property at asking price within 2 weeks ! Cant recommend them highly enough !

FacebookI would not rent my apartment through them. In my opinion they do not have the ability to place the right tenants to the right apartment building. Two kids under the age of 5 and two adults squished into a 2 bed flat will cause an issue of noise pollution. They don't seem to understand this.Quality property management companies would know this.
