GoogleThey are simply excellent. They really know their business and if you want to sell a house there's no-one better than H&P. Have used them twice to sell property and also used their rental management service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Everybody that dealt with our sale were a pleasure to deal with, and were always readily available to speak to when we needed to- even throughout the pandemic they helped keep our sale moving as much as was possible. Whilst staff were furloughed, Martin Holden dealt with the sale from home so that we weren't left without help during a very uncertain time. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future house sales as I think they genuinely care about their customers, and always want to help you make the best decisions for you and your circumstances, as opposed to just chasing sales like some estate agents are guilty of.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

FacebookWill and the team made a very difficult situation easier when I sold my Dad's house. They communicated regularly, chased up Solicitors, and, as I live away, organised tradespeople as required. Would definitely recommend them.
