GoogleNot only were this agent completely incompetent at bringing any offers, their specialist subject was cancelled viewings and just shouting at me if I asked any questions that caught them out, for example ‘how are you here with the keys when there is a viewing at my property right now?’ Cue shouting. ‘Yes you have great online statistics but you haven’t sold my house so your statistics aren’t working for me’ Cue shouting. They rest on their laurels of being well established in the area, rather than just doing their job. I would never recommend this agent and would warn against their bratty misogynistic behaviour at all costs.
We regret not being able to introduce a suitable buyer, but with regards your comments, the viewer had called to cancel the viewing, hence we were not at the house to do the viewing and therefore the keys were in the office. Statisitics dont lie and our figures come from Rightmove, an independent source and sometimes vendors just want too much money for their property and the market is not prepared to pay. We will continue being honest and open with vendors and purchasers alike as it has worked so well for us over the past 20 years

GoogleReviewing as an ex-tenant. We recently moved out of our HP-managed property, as we were moving out of the area. Genuinely, they've been a great agency. We've had a few problems in the property (and quite large ones at that, boiler related etc.), but these were sorted out very quickly and professionally. During the time when they were conducting viewings on our property before we moved, we were always given plenty of notice as well. I highly recommend them.

Dear Sean Thank you for taking the time this morning speak to Jack with regards to the sale of 33 Hawthorn Way. I am so sorry you feel the way you do. I have just looked over the file and checked the details. It was during the 'Covid' period but all appears to have gone reasonably well bearing in mind the difficult times. I see it came on the market at £162,500 in August, we had a fair amount of interest but no offers so the price was reduced at the end of September to £154,950. At this point I recall you went abroad to work and we liaised with a family member. A sale was agreed shortly afterwards at the asking price with completion in middle of December, circa 12 weeks later which in Covid times was a relatively short period. As a local company, we strive to be completely opposite to 'profits over clients', hence I am devastated that you feel the way you do. If you could advise what we did to make you feel that way I would appreciate it so that we can look within to make sure others don't feel as you do. GoogleVery pleased with the photos take, which portrayed the house in an excellent light, the advice when fixing the sales price, and the subsequent negotiation with the Buyer. H&P did their best to placate my Buyer when the conveyancing took an inordinate time, and helped me to handle the stress caused by such delays.

GoogleFull of broken promises, never on the side of the tenant only care about getting the money. Incompetent staff, Happy to leave paint flaking on new born babies even after being asked many times to sort it out. I'd rather live homeless than rent from these again.
I am sure you understand that we didn't get the money as suggested. The deposit to which you refer too is held by the Deposit Protection Service (an independent arbitrary scheme) to protect landlords and tenants alike. If a landlord feels that a property is not left in the order it should have been left they can request funds be retained by the DPS to cover any works required. The DPS then looks at the evidence supplied by both parties and then decides if the claim is warranted or not. Agents are not involved in the process. I hope this helps clear up the confusion.
