Good Morning Mr Meyer. I am sorry the advice we gave was not what you wanted to hear and we we were unable to market your property for rent. We believe in giving honest and accurate advice and the property involved needed work and modernisation to be done prior to us being able to market it to find a suitable tenant. GoogleHolden and Prescott act like second hand car salesmen when letting properties. They make promises about the property, then when you sign on the dotted line they relinquish all responsibility and make excuses as to why their initial promises did not materialise. Avoid.
