We were buyers for a property sold by Alan Lee. Cherrie who showed us around was lovely. She gave us background information regarding the property and area, helped us to visualise what we were thinking about doing to the property and gave us the time to look around and didn’t make us feel rushed, even on our second visit we were allowed to take our time and ask questions. Once we put in an offer that was then accepted they kept us informed regarding how the process was proceeding and ensured that it went quickly and efficiently, by getting the information we required and with quick responses to any queries we had. A big thank you to the team for making a stressful time easier you were excellent and our only regret was that we wished we had been clients of yours to sell our home for us.

We met Alan in May to value the house and were happy to proceed with his company. The house was then listed for sale but theee was a chain before interested party was able to buy which frustratingly was December. We frequently rang for updates but were told solicitors were dragging their feet and then annoyingly sent more paperwork to fill in which in truth should have been done at the beginning of the process this being the fault of the solicitors. All in all apart from the length of time it took to finally sell and settle with all parties Alan and staff were very friendly for which we thank them very much.

My Husband and I chose Alan Lee after meeting both Alan and two other agents from larger chain Estatge Agents. Alan was really complementary as he entered our home and was genuinely enthusiastic about selling our house. He appeared not to be in a rush nor tied up with other tasks, giving us time to chat and consider our options. This felt personal and less 'next customer please' than with the competitors. The viewings were very well organised and executed by Cheri on a single weekend. During the process we had a couple of hitches which Alan, Lee and Cheri dealt with swiftly and with genuine empathy. We could always get hold of one of them on the phone straight away. They helped us make quick and sometimes difficult decisions when one was needed and we were very grateful for this. Overall they were easy to contact, quick to help, clear and to the point, helped us to weigh up decisions with ease and super friendly. We would recommend their service 100% Thank you !!

Cherrie warmly welcomed us to the house on our first viewing, helping us see the potential of the property and offering helpful advice and ideas. If you would like a modern proactive estate agency to take care of selling your house then Alan Lee are for you. Within a few days of instructing Alan Lee, we had several viewings booked in and long story short, our house sold overnight. Unfortunately due to a change in the buyers circumstances, the buyer pulled out but Alan Lee were on the ball and organised new viewings and our house was sold again the same week. Their communication is great, they are forward thinking and proactive. Would definitely recommend them. They removed a lot of the stress from the process. Thank you!
