We appointed Alan Lee to sell our house having been recommended by a family member. Honestly, the whole experience was fantastic. After having a valuation, there were no pushy follow up calls. When we decided to go ahead, the photos were fantastic and showed a true representation of our house. Also, the the video was excellent! The staff were outstanding, they communicated well all round. We mainly dealt with Abbey who was phenomenal, nothing was too much trouble. Whoever you spoke to, everyone was clued up with what was going on with our property. Alan, Lee, Abbey and Cherrie have been nothing short of exceptional throughout our house sale. Having secured us full asking price within just over a week, we assumed it would be a very swift process but, unfortunately, it soon transpired that we had a less than stable chain, with the bottom of the chain causing a lot of problems. It was a very stressful 7 months for us, but the team at Alan Lee couldn’t have done more to get us to completion. The whole chain owes Alan Lee their gratitude, as they were literally the only agents in the chain who were proactive. Lee and Abbey had a hard time dealing with the other agents, where communication was not forthcoming up the chain, but their tenaciousness, professionalism and desire to act in our very best interest got us to completion. I have no hesitation in saying that if we had chosen a different agent, we’d either still be waiting on the sale, or the chain would have collapsed! If you’re looking at selling your house then we would 100% recommend that you appoint Alan Lee as your estate agent. You and your house sale will feel valued, their communication is great and they keep their head when all around are losing theirs! We recommend Alan Lee 100%.

I recently sold my home through Alan Lee...it's been a long road to get to completion and has been more stressful than I ever imagined due to the sale falling through more than once. Moving House is a difficult process regardless of how many times you've done it or even if you've been in the industry yourself. I chose Alan Lee so I knew when it got difficult I had trustworthy, professional, local people in my corner to walk the process with me. I was not dissapointed, they were everything I needed and more. Right from the easy to book valuation with Alan where he walked me through possible price guidelines and expectations in a friendly, knowledgable, genuine way. What I loved about his visit was the lack of false promises, he was honest and clear about what to expect and how the market was currently performing in the local area. As a single female I felt safe and supported and that was important. The pictures and video were booked in and I'm pleased they were done by a professional, again the gentleman was respectful and did a fantastic job, I was really pleased with how the home looked online. Onto the process throughout. Lee was fantastic every time we spoke, he always came back to me when he advised he would. His communication was outstanding and things were done so quickly and efficiently I knew that if I went to him with anything I could trust it would be dealt with. When there were issues with the vendor I was purchasing from, his communication between the onward agent and myself was absolutely on point, I felt confident with him dealing with the chain and all its components. Viewings- Cherrie the viewing representative is pure gold. Her knowledge of the properties in Macclesfield is second to none. When I was viewing other homes with her she was positive yet realistic and was great at suggesting ideas within the homes. She was always prepared for my viewing and welcomed me inside in a friendly but professional manner. I knew I didnt want anyone else showing my home to prospective buyers but her. This wasn't an easy move for me but the support provided by Alan, Lee and Cherrie meant I wasn't standing alone. Thank you Alan Lee. I don't think you truly realise the difference you made.
