Amazing experience from start to finish! From viewing the property with Cherry, the most approachable and helpful estate agent we have ever met (and we met a lot over 2 yrs of viewing!) she entertained our children whilst we looked around the property. Buying and selling houses can be daunting and some terminology is unfamiliar to me but Alan and Lee explained the process using terminology that I understood. I have been paying close attention to Alan Lee over the past year as I am hoping to buy a house at some point in the future and they always pop up on social media and I see their signs all over Macclesfield and the surrounding areas. I have seen quite a few houses on these amazing video tours that they produce themselves which really do show off the properties they are selling very well. They also seem to have a stock of wonderful looking properties that clearly have been taken care of. I know instinctively that when I eventually have enough money saved for my deposit I will be looking to buy through this small independant agents. I look forward to dealing with them as they are highly professional.

I would highly recommend Alan Lee. They offer an amazing service at a very competitive rate. Lee went above and beyond in trying to facilitate a tricky and slow chain, speaking with the solicitors and other parties for updates, always with a high degree of patience and professionalism.
