GoogleWe chose Choice Properties to sell our houses and land because, after doing some research, we discovered that they advertised and sold the most properties in Mablethorpe. We have not been disappointed. It is largely family run which means the staff cares. Although all the staff are excellent, a special mention must go to Hannah, the manager. She is passionate about selling properties and has worked tirelessly on our behalf. With previous estate agents, we have had to do our own viewings and negotiations, but not with Choice - nothing is too much trouble. It is no surprise therefore, that we highly recommend their service.

GoogleExtremely hard sale (chain wise), 2 ladies dealt with terrible misinformation from bottom of the chain sellers. Although I asked for an early sale (I.e may through to Aug) it took till following Mar 22 to complete. The 2 agents at choice worked tirelessly to make it happen and we’ve now about to be rewarded. Full credit but it’ll be a long time till I sell/buy another property with the state of the housing market! Well done ladies you did it!
