GoogleChoice properties sold my late mother’s property. Although this was a very upsetting and tough time for me, Drew Simmonds was absolutely amazing, he was empathetic, reassuring and kept me informed with all updates. Luckily the sale went through really fast with no problems. I believe this was down to Drew’s communication and hard work. I honestly can not recommend Drew highly enough. If you’re selling your property with choice properties ask for Drew and before you know it the house will be sold. He’s a great asset to Choice Properties and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you for all of your help.

GoogleI have no hesitation in saying that Choice Properties in Mablethorpe are a fantastic Estate Agent. From start to finish, they kept me informed of how my Sale & Purchase were progressing. I had a few scary moments along the way but the staff put my mind at ease. Hannah, Kayla, Drew & all reception staff - give yourself a big pat on the back. I love my little bungalow so much, I don’t intend moving again anytime soon but if I change my mind I will ring you and only you. Thankyou so much for being there for me, keep doing what you do best😁

GoogleMy daughter & I found Kayla very helpful, knowledgeable, relaxed & friendly on my 1st viewing. She readily agreed to a 2nd viewing & welcomed my grandson's participation. Nothing was too much trouble & extra information was provided if needed. She was also punctual, & not rushed. During the purchasing process, she has been such a great help - approachable, reassuring, calming, yet still professional. I think she loves her job...and it shows !

GoogleVery professional staff only one thing let's the company down their inability to pick up a phone it rings and rings surely they can afford to empty someone to man the phones we left several messages before someone rang back even then they did seem to worry that it took 2 days before they rang back.
That said the staff that took us round to view some properties were so helpful and put us at ease

Hi Lynn thank you for your kind review. Sadly we had internet problems when you tried to call us due to new fibre broadband being installed in the town and phone lines were being disrupted for a couple of days!! Nightmare!! All back under control now though thank goodness! So sorry you were inconvenienced. Always happy to help.

GoogleI am a repeat customer of many years, both as a buyer and a seller. I have always found the staff extremely helpful and go above and beyond to make sure things run smoothly. On this occasion I have my house on the market and choice are very pro active in gaining interest from buyers. I currently have accepted an offer after only being on the market for just over a week. Viewings came through thick and fast (15 in 7 days to be exact). Fingers crossed this will be another hassle free experience with the company.
Thank you so much to all the team in the office, it's very much appreciated and am looking forward to another successful transaction.
