GoogleWe had numerous viewings with Choice, they were very helpful and kept in touch throughout, dropped a few curved balls in there to make us really think about what we wanted and it helped us narrow our search. Would definitely recommend speaking to them if you're on a house hunt. The whole team were good but an extra shout out to Kayla. Thank you 👍

GoogleRecently sold our holiday home with Choice Properties. Our contact Bobby Buxton was excellent and extremely tenacious in dealing with a difficult and lengthy sale. Great communication from her and she 'did what she said she would' to make the sale happen. Would not hesitate to recommend for anyone deciding to buy or sell a property

GoogleExcellent service for a difficult sale. Selling my Father's bungalow after his death. Being one of executors of his Will we couldn't be onsite for the viewings so Drew had to handle them for us. Drew was professional and kept us up to date of everything that happened. Took some time but Drew never stopped trying and in the end completed the sale. Thanks Drew for all your help and all the viewings, Harry

GoogleDrew @ Choice properties managed the sale of my property in Mablethorpe. He and his team went to extraordinary lengths to secure the sale getting many many clients through the door to view across many months. Their tireless efforts didn't go unnoticed, eventually the sale was secured and completed this week. As the seller I was kept in the loop at all stages, communication from Drew and the team was always on point and clear for me to understand. I had regular calls to update me on the progress which i found very reassuring and I always knew the sale would happen. I found the emails concise, succinct and informative and knew where we were at all times.
I would highly recommend Choice Properties for any sale or purchase, their professionalism was exemplary and their manner with me faultless. Well done to Drew and the team, thank you. :)

GoogleI have used Choice before and obviously impressed as immediately used them again. I complete next week and it's been a particularly difficult sale but Drew ( mablethorpe branch ) has been there every step of the way. I literally take all paperwork in and it gets sorted . I even did completion signing at the mablethorpe office. Drew is very frank and honest but friendly and personable. If something can be achieved then he will get it done . The market has been really slow , not just mablethorpe but Choice are still getting sales ( thank God). Perfect estate agents if you are a lazy seller and leave it all to them. Highly recommended

GoogleChoice properties sold my brother in law property after he had died.
It had been advertised in there main window and on other various webb sites. They brought a lot of people to view and we had various people interested in purchasing it... but they had not sold there's.There was also some local interest in the property.
They gave us guidence on how to get the property ready for sale. They also suggested solicitors that deal in this type of property.
From advertising to selling was 9 months which is good in today's market.
We live 90 miles away .We were always kept in contact by email and phone and were fully aware of all the process.
Choice properties provided all the help and guidence I needed.

GoogleDrew at Choice Properties in Mablethorpe has been incredibly helpful, friendly, positive and proactive in helping my partner and I relocate to the coast. We're not quite there yet (our fault), but Drew has said he'll keep us abreast of any properties that come up within our criteria, as soon as they do.
We can't recommend him highly enough - for a young person, he has a great demeanour and enthusiasm which we've found lacking elsewhere. If you're looking to move to, or within the area, make Drew your first point of contact and let him help you get the ball rolling!

GoogleDrew and Hayden have both been amazing from showing me around properties to keeping in touch from afar to my move date. Drew was on top of any outstanding paperwork and contacted me to make sure i was in the loop. Moving day and Hayden saved the day when I couldn't arrive in time for the keys and he co ordinated with other parties to make sure this happened.
I would absolutely recommend Drew and Hayden to anyone looking to sell or buy their home. Excellent, friendly, efficient service all round. Thank you so much.

GoogleHad an unusual & subsequent lengthy purchase of a property in Mablethorpe.
However Drew & the team were on the ball throughout.
Communication by Drew liaising between all parties, especially ourselves & the vendor was both professional & reassuring during a complex & at times anxious purchase.
Drew, with support from the team worked hard to keep the sale progressing even when at times we thought 'all was lost'!
Felt like we had become 'good mates' throughout the process due to all the contact!
Highly recommend & can't thank Drew & the team enough for their support, guidance & reassurance 👏
Cheers, well done & thank you 😊 👏 👍
