GoogleBuying a property when you live two hours away is really not easy. However, Choice Properties, Mablethorpe have gone over and above to help make the process much smoother for me. All the staff I have dealt with have been friendly, dedicated and understanding of my situation, going over and above to help me make the move. (Far more than any other estate agent I have approached).

GoogleThey don't answer my emails. Poor service. Not kept up to date with proceedings.

GoogleFrom the first phone call to the facilitated viewing, and through to completion, Choice Properties have been professional and helpful. Our purchase was a little outside of the normal, and Drew took time to understand our aims, and help us facilitate a prompt viewing and offer process, ensuring we were kept up to speed on everything we needed to know.

GoogleJust bought my house through Choice properties and Hannah and Kayla have been absolutely amazing! It was a very stressful move (cross country and with a solicitor who was incompetent) but the ladies kept on top of chasing everyone and kept me informed at every stage. Thank you again so much, and i couldn't recommend you any more highly!

GoogleAll of the staff at Choice Mablethorpe have been brilliant with not only my partner but my in-laws also when they were purchasing earlier in the year. They were so accommodating and supportive throughout the stages of purchasing on both occasions! We can highly recommend.

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience selling our Mablethorpe bungalow with Choice Properties. From the point of valuation to the point of sale they were supportive, professional and couldn't have been more helpful. We also sold for a higher value than we ever thought possible. Big thanks to all at Choice!

GoogleHad a valuation done didn't seem really bothered about what we were asking and didn't explain their plan to sell the property
Agent replied · 5 July 2023
Dear Mr Smith, We were concerned to read your review as our valuers all value properties in the same thorough, knowledgeable and enthusiastic way. Upon looking into this further I have searched our entire database but cannot find a valuation under your name. Perhaps you could reach out to our Mablethorpe branch to let us know which address this relates to as we don't have any records to show an appointment with you, perhaps you have reviewed the wrong estate agent? We look forward to hearing from you. Kind Regards, Hannah Hewett
