Dont bother

I have been owed money by this company for over six months ! Numerous phone calls and promises of return calls broken. Bad business and reputation. Also would not bother selling your home with them as they failed to turn up to a viewing and made no contact with me !Deal with them at your own peril !!

The sales team at entwistle green (dale street) are incredible! Gemma and Jamie are wonderfulespecially and I can’t thank them enough for selling my flat. They are totally honest about the whole process and are reassuring at such a stressful period. Gemma goes above and beyond to help-do not hesitate to list with them!

I have just let an apartment through Entwistle Green. We had had it on the market with another agent for 3 months with no takers. Gail worked really hard to get it let, and she communicated all her ideas along the way.We are really pleased with the service. Thanks

Lied to about exchange of contract stating it would be done and not to worry. Only to be told, i would have to wait another 5 months. Lies! Terrible estate agents. Very pushy to grab a sale just for some commission

The good reviews are fake

Good friends with someone at this company so do not be fooled by these good FAKE reviews made by staff at the branch. This branch is robbing hard working people. Don't be fooled. The staff treat the clients really bad - speakingabout them when they phone for repairs etc

Rented with Entwistle green in Maghull and thought they were very nice. Landlady removed our house from Entwistle and went to Urban Residentials. When our tenancy finished it was a nightmare getting deposit back from Entwistle. Took nearly two months at no fault of our own.
