Good afternoon Anyta_ubyta13, Thank you for your above feedback. We do endeavour to provide good customer service and have a personal approach so we are disappointed to hear your feedback. Unfortunately whilst yourself and may others are offering on a number properties it is something completely out of our control who a vendor elects to accept and proceed with. This is how the market is at present with very little by way of supply to the sales market and yet there is huge demand with respect to applicants. This inevitably pushes prices up as we have seen all of our properties selling in excess of asking price. This has been seen industry wide and indeed been fed-back to ourselves by Rightmove with supply of properties down by over 30% in comparison to last year. We are duty bound to present each and every offer to a vendor and it is their prerogative as to which offer they proceed with. Whilst we appreciate this may not be what you want to hear it is the truth of the market as we sure many others in the industry would concur. It is a fierce market and one very much in the favour of vendors. Our only advice to yourself is to place offers in the most proceed-able position and at a level which you are comfortable is your best and final and one you feel the property is worth to you. FacebookReceived a call last Sunday regarding a property I was interested in. The agent promised a call back and to date still no phone call! He seemed distracted on the telephone and answered questions inappropriately! Shocking service!

GoogleWould not use this agency again - massive amounts of mould in the property and nothing was done. Rude responses from the staff and claims which were false. Avoid at all costs!

Avoid this agent at all costs, it really isn’t even worth summarizing the amount of issues. Favoring landlords over those paying such high rents in current climate and an arrogant style of communication. Consumers need to stop buying into businesses who do not understand basic customer service!

GoogleHad some difficulties recently with getting maintenance jobs done in rented property in good time. Loddon usually very good at sorting things in a timely manner. Expressed my concerns to Carla who was very receptive to this and ensured to get things moving as quickly as she could for us. Also always replies quickly to emails which I find very reassuring.

GoogleExtremely curt and impolite people. Also, I have sent almost 30 emails to Tracy and called atleast 10 times but every time they ask to call back. I want to know why they deducted so much money from my deposit but so far my request to get the information has fallen on deaf ears. It's been 45 days now. Will not recommend.

GoogleWhen I sign agreement and payed £2000 in fees and deposit, the flat did not have any hall lighting no electric in bathroom, fridge no plug in point washing machine not plumb in or working. If I could give a minus on score sheet I would. Car sales person or estate agent I would pick car sales. Dave
