GoogleThe customer service sucks. I have been calling them every week to rent a flat and every week they told me to call in next week. I called them for 2 months and they told when the flat was refurbished they will call me back. I wait another week and called again, and the answer I ve got is that the flat is not available anymore. Is a really bad thing to do, and they didn't call back as promised. They do not keep their words.

GoogleThese people are rouge traders. Ideal Properties Limited are not regulated members of the National Approved Letting Scheme, UK Association of Letting Agents or The Ombudsman Services. A clear indicator that they are fraudsters and rouge traders. Please be vigilant do not let your property through these people, or make the mistake of letting a property from them, like i have. I have now needed to apply to court as i am tied into a 6 month contract for a property which is dangerous to live in. Ideal Properties' employees do not reply to emails or return calls. They are crooks who will lie and cheat to receive their money, and will shy away from their duties knowing that they are not regulated and action can be taken only through the courts at the tenants expense. Please protect yourself from these criminals and stay well away from their Luton office.

GoogleI rented a property from Ideal Properties for 2 years and I must say I found them to be a very professional team, I had a few issues with the locks on my windows in a couple of occasions, rang them and to my surprise the job was dealt with on the same day. I've had bad experience with previous landlords back in London so I was not expecting them to run to my call so quickly, on another occasion I had a problem with a pipe in my shower room, again to my surprise the job got done within a couple of days. I moved out only because the Landlord wanted to move back into the property otherwise will still be there as I had so much support from the staff back at the office and was able to speak and connect with anyone who would take my call, very friendly and approachable staff, so I'm happy to recommend them for their high standards in keeping good relations with their tenants and for being pro active in every sense of the word.

GoogleReally helpful staff and friendly staff at Ideal Properties.
However 1 thing I would say is that they deal with Thornrest Properties who is the landlord of Wellington Manor. This place, in my opinion has a lot of safety issues mainly the fire alarm system(photos attached). f you are on the 3rd floor which is situated within the roof of the block it is very dangerous as all the windows in the communal staircase has metal bars and there is no way of raising an alarm if there is a fire except for the automatic smoke detection if that even exists/works. I am not sure how you will escape a fire as the windows even within the flats on the 3 floor only open on to the roof. Also we have found syringes and homeless person sleeping in the communal areas. As their back gate is usually broken / doesn't close then it is not that hard for these types of people to gain access. Also they have now refused to have any communication with me when I requested my deposit back after I left the property. They have refused to respond to my email request, will not provide exit inventory nor any reason why this is being witheld. I have now had to go through the deposit dispute process. If you are considering moving to Wellington Manor then my advice is DO NOT. Unethical landlord that has many dissolved businesses under the name of MR ALEEM AHMAD SIDDIQI who is also the same person that owns Thornrest Properties.
