GoogleI think that Ideal is the best real estate agency in Lut. Mr Nasr and Abid are really good helpful persons and they helped me to find what I was looking for, I appreciate thier support. And the staff are very respectful and kindly and thier responsiveness was incredible. If they didn’t pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. If I texted them a question or an update they would often respond in 2 minutes or less.

GoogleDisgraceful. Appalling customer service from all, especially Rabiyah, who insists they will call you back in half an hour / an hour (happened on more than one occasion) and don't bother. Constantly interrupting when you're speaking and then continued to be so rude. I have never been spoken to in such a way and this woman needs sacking!! Double standards for different tenants... Again, a disgraceful company who I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Avoid at all costs!!

GoogleWhere do I start! The most amazing estate agent I have come across. The owner and staff are truly aligned like clockwork. I’m not saying that because they help me immensely with anything that comes my way but I have people I know who can vouch on my notion on the above. GoogleWhile they are great at taking ones details when you call to request for a viewing they fail to call you back as promised. When you follow up (24 hours later) they advise the property is no longer on the market. Very poor communication.

GoogleWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! The worst management team to deal with ever. Not fixing problems in the house on time and have no respect for the tenants at all. They shy away from delivering their duties and try to tell me how I ought to speak to them after calling them more times asking for the service to be delivered. They think they are allowed to be rude but take it as an offense when you respond back in a rude way.NegativeProfessionalism
