I entrusted Paul Hubbard Estate Agents with the sale of a bungalow in Carlton Colville and I am so glad I did. The sale was marketed speedily and the presentation details were outstanding. Told so many lies and held back information. I will never use them again or ever recommend them. Other agents in the area seem to work with each other much better. Once I complained there was 1 staff member out of many, who contacted me who appeared more honest and was understanding of my disgust of thier service. Until this complaint however we had been strung along with no information for 3 months!!! Plus I don't believe we ever got an apology. Overall very disappointed with what is perceived to be a good business.
