GoogleWe were succesfull in letting a property during lockdown and therefore we were unable to visit before getting the keys. Sarah went above and beyond and gave us measurements for the windows so we could order our curtains ahead of moving in. Really good communication throughout and since.

FacebookShocked by the incredible poor experience of trying to view a property through them. Used the online portal to try and view a property and received no communication from them. Called up and was told they thought the property was possibly being sold so they hadn’t taken any bookings- but either way no communication - the. Told earliest we could view was mid next week as other viewings already scheduled in! Which is it - no viewings as thought was sold or taking bookings? Would have absolutely no faith in buying or selling through them. As a vendor selling I would want to see through bookings to maximise offer potential in the property. As a buyer if this is how they handle initial enquiries I have no faith.

GoogleWent to view a property, two hour round trip, just to discover the has terrible damp! No mention of it at all on the listing. The floor had collapsed in the back room.The estate agent was very polite and helpful. Which is why I gave them two stars not one.
