I used to stay at a flat on london road south with my dad on the weekends and we spent one night in the loving room together and the heater wasn't working they sent 2 people over to look at it and it never got fixed it was forgotten about the bathroom developed mould after a couple of months and now my dad is having over 500 pound taken off his deposit for cleaning and mould removal even though the place was in good condition when we left and when we arrived the first day it was grimy so they dknt clean there properties as this has happened at another place on the croft in fact i was barely seeing my dad whole he was staying as it was to cold in the living room

Sold my house with Paul Hubbard, what I liked about Paul when he came round for my valuation there was no real try and sell our company to you no promotional crap or advertising saying what they do compared to others it seemed a bit like we can put your house on the market up to you attitude, which some may see that differently but what it showed me was Paul hubbards didn't look desperate, everything was straight to the point, that shows me he was very confident in his own business this stood out for me, i dealt with jade lovely girl, happy and bubbly and answered all questions I had, I was very confident my house would sell and it did within a month thanks to Paul hubbards with the correct valuation at the start and also my house being lovely 😁, overall pleasant and professional experience

Worst experiance of my life

Iv had 2 propertys off these guys and both were freezing cold the 2nd was far worse than The 1st they take your deposit even if you return the property better than recieved my 1st 1 smelled to bad of dogs me and the person showing me around couldn't even breathe I was forced to take that property or be homeless but the 2nd 1 I specifically told the office girls I can't wait to be warm and in a draft free property....the knowingly put me in a damp mouldy flat that turned black after just 3 months I had to stay with a friend till the 6 month tenancy was up so I didn't suffer any more financial effects than I wanted my credit rating is now destroyed because iv had to move 3 times an under 18 months..there propertys from my experience are awful will even damage your health..when I am out of this black flat I will leave a more detailed review...all staff at the office are wonderful and polite I have no issues with staff just there mouldy damp smelly flats

I have had two 1 bedroom flats from Paul hubbard 1 the croft and flat1,330 london road south both were damp cold and mouldy all the windows in both propertys need replacing I ask to move because I was cold and damp and my health is being affected when they moved me to my second flat it turned out colder than the 1st the wall and ceiling have gone black within 3 months i have water coming through the walls onto tvs and plugs the neighbours left her flat upstairs for the same reason and was willing to lose 3 months just to get out they told me there was no complaints when I moved in but I have found out no one has stayed here long I payed 6 months rent in advance and had to sleep on my friends sofa most of that electricians have been out 3 times to fix the heating with no positive results the damp smell is horrendous my life and credit rating have been destroyed but atleast all the staff at paul hubbards are very polite and I have no complaints about the way they spoke or treated me all very nice people but the propertys are awful.BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
