allAgents"Unprofessional letting..."
I moved into a flat on beresford road saturday 20th may. And within 24 hours the bedroom window broke when I opened it. You could not close it. It needed replacing. I had to slam the bedroom and living room doors to close them. I could not even have a shower because it was scolding hot. I was lying in bed listening to the vibration coming through my bedroom ceiling from whatever is going on upstairs. The place had scaffolding around the building. I left my property in great yarmouth because the landlord wasn't interested in carrying out the repairs from the constant pipes banging and vibration of the boiler coming through my bedroom ceiling from the flat above me. And I again have no peace after moving into this property. The seals on two of the living room had broken down. So they got replaced. Then the bedroom seals broke down and that will soon be replaced. And now another living room window seal has broken down. Three of the living room windows have privacy film covering them. And in my opinion this was put up to try and hide the condensation inside them after the seals has broken down. All the windows in the property need replacing. There is quite a big gap in the bedroom door now since it was planed down yesterday. The living room door is still yet to be repaired. I emailed this agency today to ask to personally speak with the landlord, but I was refused. And I've been told that the landlord will not be replacing the windows. I paid the deposit and 6 month's rent in advance to move in. Almost £4000. I have uploaded 3 photos. One of the other living room windows with the privacy film is trying to hide the condensation inside because the seals have broken down. One showing the seals split on the other living room window. And two of the bedroom door where you can clearly see the gaps at the top and bottom.

GoogleGreat service from Paul Hubbard`s team. I went from London to Lowestoft with my family to see many properties in couple of days. Olivia from Paul`s team just got them all booked and gave us a five start support to view them all and to communicate with sellers. We really loved the way Jolene conducted the viewings, it was amazing, the best compared to other estate agents in the area (just a true feedback).

GoogleI had 2 flats over 2 years both were absolutely freezing and mouldy I would wake up and cough in the morning the 1st flat I had smelled so badly of dog when I moved in I cleaned that up and eventually left the flat good but still got charged 165 cleaning fee.on the 2nd flat I lost all my deposit because I was simply fed up of cleaning mould off the walls every couple of weeks the walls actually leaked water onto plugs it was dangerous it affected my health and I woke up violently coughing every morning in the weeks/months before I could get out of there the staff at the office are very nice and polite but there propertys are absolutely unlivable very poor condition i wouldnt wish it on my worst enemy i am so happy to be with a decent landlord it been 2 years of misery with paul hubbard...don't call pay me what you unfairly took and I'll remove reviews.still sending me emails to this day..

GooglePaul hubbards service is AWFUL, especially after sales. No one on hand to deal with your complaints or chasing up of sale, our property was sold to buyers who weren’t chain free when we instructed them to only take offers of this nature, Natalie was unhelpful and rude, no updates throughout the whole process without being promoted and phoned constantly. On completion nothing was said from Paul Hubbard, we had to issue a deadline to even get a completion date on the sale, we will never ever use them again, stay away!!
