GoogleOver the course of five days I’ve emailed, called, visited the shop, contacted via website and also right move and Zoopla. No one enquiry has been responded to. I would think twice about this company managing your property. I’ve counted 26 attempts at contact via one medium or another and not one reply!!

We aim to answer all calls promptly and have a voicemail system for when staff are assisting other customers. These voicemails are reviewed and responded to each day. Multiple sales and lettings staff are always available in the office during opening hours so enquiries can be dealt with in person. GooglePaul Hubbard have been incredibly supportive through listing our property for Sale every step has been clear and easy to navigate and all staff are knowledgeable and professional. Rachel their property photographer is fantastic with sellers and put me at ease when having our home photographed, she is very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, she really knows her stuff! Our property photographs are superb and exceeded expectations along with our property brochure she was very thorough and everything was completely accurate first time. Were very happy with the outcome , thank you :)

FacebookAppalled by this company! Started off great with Scot doing valuation, but unfortunately once on market customer service went downhill. House was on two weeks with no floor plan, for which I chased and then it was added but was wrong layout and measurements!! No following up potentially offers until I chased them!! Feedback was great after first viewing but then non existent until I chased for it! Did viewing and allowed people to walk round my house with something dirty on their shoes, luckily I managed to scrub it out of carpets! Gave the 14 days notice as was not happy and was told They would endeavour to contact me more within the next 2 weeks to discuss things and where we go from here. I did not receive one phone call (apart from to arrange viewings) and house removed from market after the 14 days, with no hesitation!! I’m now back at square one again!! Thanks for nothing Paul Hubbard Estate Agents!!!

After seeing the final product of my homes brochure I am very pleased with how it turned out, I am especially pleased with the photos produced by Bethany, I feel she has really captured my home to its full potential.

FacebookI just want to say that if you need an estate agent and you are local to Paul Hubbard, choose them. I received a very efficient and professional service from all the members of staff from beginning to end. They recently assisted in the sale of my holiday flat, I live 150 miles away and despite the fact the sale had gone through and new buyers hadn't taken up the keys to the property, Jade went around to read one of the meters that I had previously mis-read, saving me a 300 mile round trip, not a huff or puff in sight. This I feel is above and beyond the call of duty. Would recommend you every day of the week. Thank you Paul and all your staff.

GoogleWe were selling our house through Paul Hubbards and the process and service was great from start to finish. We cannot recommend Kayleigh enough, the photos and description of our property really made our house stand out from the crowd. If we were selling a house again we would be letting Kayleigh work her magic again!
