AVOID

If I could give a minus rating I would. AVOID at all costs. Put an offer in on one property that was NOT put forward until advised by another agent that they legally have to put all offers forward. Contacted this agent to say same & was told they’d now happily do this what was my offer, I said the same as will be in your records after my viewing…there was nothing on record. Months after this the property appeared on the market for £30k less than I’d originally offered this is after returning to the market several times. The seller could have had £30k more & completed a lot sooner due to me being a cash buyer with no chain & the said property being empty. Blatant lies told to my Solicitor that I’d been made fully aware of holes/damage to carpets by themselves & the seller - I’d never even met the seller! The property was rented out & many faults were covered. Sales details included items in kitchen, everything had been removed due to it being owned by the tenant-including induction hob in details but no cut out in work surface! I relayed all of this & was told the property was worth £240-£250k, I’m £10k in on putting this property in a liveable state & not yet finished, but no way does this make it £250k let alone more. Their loyalty is to their sellers & getting the best price possible is one response I was given when I pointed out the faults I was not aware of until the tenant had moved out. I moved in & had a problem that I requested advice from the seller via this company, seller couldn’t help so they said if I gave them the information they’d like to be helpful in researching this on my behalf and would call me back…..mmm no call back received. The unprofessional & rudeness of some staff is unbelievable let alone unacceptable.

Oh Minors and Brady doing it again with your 5* service! You failed to market my house correctly, you failed to communicate with myself regarding certain situations and you also went behind my back regarding a very sensitive situation which was far from professional. We took our house of the market with you, after you didn’t want to compromise with us going on a multi agency agreement, because let’s face it, your customer service isn’t really 5*. You sent out emails regarding properties that match my preferences when they certainly didn’t, I asked for you to update them you never did, kept on sending out irrelevant criteria’s, when I challenged you I received a very sarcastic reply. You send leaflets through the door about putting my house back on the market, yet still need to collect the for sale board, and best of all, you just sent a colleague out to knock on my door and have the audacity to ask if I’m looking to put my property on the market, when my contract with you ended 4 weeks ago. You guys should really do some more research on what customer service really is.
