I have just had a viewing for a house with James from the Wroxham branch. His friendly, professional manner and knowledge of the property were faultless. I particularly liked the way he guided me around the property, answering all of my questions and even occasionally adding information that I hadn’t even thought of. Throughout the viewing, I felt he was very supportive, understanding and not at all pushy like some agents I have met.

We would recommend Minors and Brady who sold our property within days. All staff at Caister are friendly and professional and Chloe Curtis of the after sales team gets a special mention for her lovely persona and for all the help and advice.

Liam Upton, who showed me the house, was very friendly, honest and helpful, giving me tips on how to go about improving my situation in order to secure another property. The valuation was carried out by Curtis Pointin who was also friendly and helped me to understand the process of selling and buying as this would be the first time I'd done it

We were showed round by Chloe who was able to answer most of our many questions, and the couple of bits she wasn't sure of, she was quick to find out and email over to us afterwards. They also put us in touch with a helpful mortgage broker too. All in all a good experience.

GoogleMinors and Brady worked on both my sale and purchase back at at the start of the year and i was very impressed on both sides. My house sold within 24hrs of going onto the market - before it even hit right move! I also made my purchase within the same 24hr period too. I've never known a team to work so quickly! The pictures of both properties looked stunning. Nagilla Santos worked on the purchase...we had quite a few stressful situations within the chain and Nagilla had to do a lot of chasing/pressurising/reassuring to keep everything on track and keep all of us happy! I am really thankful for all her help. Highly recommend this team!

GoogleI am writing on behalf of the experience my mother in law had with Minors & Brady very recently. Her house was overvalued by £25,000-£30,000, so her buyers had to magic an extra £20,000 from somewhere. Luckily they managed too but this was not the end of the problems. The aftercare team was beyond incompetent, between being lied to in emails and phone calls to not responding at all. From September when she sold the house, she was told repeatedly that she would have to play catch-up as everyone was ready to move. She was told that they would be exchanging contracts at the start of November, but they didn't because of complications in the chain. The top of the chain buyer was being slow at best, rather than informing the rest of the chain, it was kept under raps. Then my mother in law only found out after Christmas that the first in the chains mortgage agreement had expired and they where waiting for him to get another one before they could exchange contracts. She was told by Minors & Brady that they would be exchanging contracts at the start of November, so she told the property company as such, she was getting a new build. The company was nice enough to hold the property for an additional two months, but this story doesn't have a happy ending. Due to the uncertainty of the whole situation and the severe lack of communication the property company put the house back on the market and sold the property three days after for £10,000 more, which has resulted in my mother in law being £3,000 out of pocket and now backing out the sale, due to her having her heart set on this new build. I would not recommend this company to anyone. P.S I have noticed that all the negative reviews about this company seem to disappear, as I looked a couple of days prior to writing this review.

GoogleI recently viewed a property in the South Oulton Broad area, listed with Minors & Brady. From start to finish I was communicated with thoroughly and professionally. This included the viewing where Hannah showed us round said property and was very approachable and talkative throughout, providing information when required and answering any questions we had. Although we missed out on this property, she confirmed that she would keep us in the loop with any similar properties that were suitable for investment purposes.
