After a very long process of buying our first home (no fault of minors and brady) We have finally just exchanged contracts. We had Nagilla as our after sales estate agent and she has been nothing but amazing every step of the way. She was so friendly, kind and helpful and was always there to help with any questions we had. She worked so hard to try and get things sorted for us. Would 1000% recommend minors and brady as every time I have spoken to various members of the team they have always seemed very friendly and so helpful

Just want to say, hannah from minors and Brady has been incredible! She has help my partner and I so much with house hunting. She knows exactly what we want. She has even taken time out on Friday to come for a second viewing with us as we feel comfortable around her as she has given us very good advice! And we know we can always ask for her help. Today we viewed a property with Hannah from the estate agents. The property was as explained in the advert and we were so pleased too be shown around by Hannah who was extremely professional in how she welcomed us and gave us the detailed tour of the property. This for me is very important as it reflects the company image. Having now put an offer in place I have too say that all at minor and Brady have treated us with pure professionalism and a courteous manor. We have just viewed a property in Oulton Broad and were hosted by Hannah from the Lowestoft office. Whilst we have decided not to pursue the property, 1the viewing itself went really well. On arrival Hannah introduced herself and immediately put us at ease with her calm and friendly demeanor. We were given more than enough time to take in the various attributes of the property with Hannah providing useful background and insight as and when required. Any questions we had were answered and we left thinking that we had learned all we needed to know about the property to make an informed judgement on our next steps. Thank you.

Unfortunately from the start the service has been very poor. Details of our house were wrongly written up and they had to come back a second time, still awaiting our own portfolio. The every Wednesday we ring our customers for updates rarely happened. The so called after sales team failed to make contact after house was sold subject to contract until I called them after two weeks... Heard nothing since. On a positive note the photographer was very good.

Shown round houses with minors and Brady. They didn’t turn the power on for the first viewing so we had to view a house in the dark with only the light on our phones. Multiple viewings after with no heating even though we requested it. They didn’t know anything about the house and couldn’t answer any questions. Sold my house with them as well. Mistake. Can’t speak to anyone when you do they just lie to you telling you things they think you want to hear. Every other week the person looking after you quits and leaves the company but no one tells you so you are just looking for a response. The estate agent showing people around my house was saying negative things about me all picked up and recorded on my pet cam. Over all extremely disappointed. Terrible experience that took nearly 6 months in total. Don’t use.
