TrustpilotExcellent service…
We have had really excellent service from Claire Wilson, who has kept us up to date with all that has been happening. This is no mean feat as the sale fell through a few times. It was reassuring to know that we had someone to liaise with who knew us. A huge thank you to Minors and Brady they have been truly fabulous.

Minors and Brady Caister have been so helpful, they helped us with all our viewings and always called us the next day to see how we got on with the viewing and when we found the house that we loved and put an offer in they helped us with it straight away. We have had Melanie for our viewings and she has been helpful and tired to answer all the questions that we have had.

TrustpilotMegan Clarke
Megan Clarke dealt with my flat purchase, and I'm very grateful for the constant communication between seller, solicitor(s) and myself, weekly update calls and transparency with where the transaction status at each point of the purchase. Very happy to have been assigned Megan, and would highly recommend her moving forward.

TrustpilotExcellent experience
We viewed 2 properties yesterday in Lowestoft - the first in our first-time-buyers journey. The initial booking of the viewings was very easy, with office staff being extremely helpful and taking the time to explain and talk me through things. Both viewings were with Hannah who was very friendly and cheerful, instantly making me feel at ease. I'd prepped some questions to ask about the properties, which I didn't end up needing to ask, as Hannah had already answered them whilst showing the houses in the first place. All in all, I can't fault the experience I have received with Minors and Brady so far!

TrustpilotEmily was fantastic
We are only at the viewing stage at the moment but I had such a positive experience being shown around one of the properties by one of the estate agents Emily. She was able to help me vision different things in the house and different ideas that could be taken forward and gave me time to view it carefully without feeling rushed. She was so friendly and chatty and overall made it such a positive experience.

Had nothing but good experiences with minors and Brady. The agents are all really helpful and friendly. I have regular contact with them as in the process of selling my property. Went to view a property yesterday with agent Hannah she is also the agent that’s been showing people round my property and is doing a wonderful job at attracting viewings for me. She is really friendly and helpful and answered any questions that we had. Defo recommend minors and Brady to others.

FacebookHave to say we have had exceptional service from this company and particularly Lee and Charlie Giacomelli. They have made the process far less stressful and been professional and caring of us and our property as their clients. This is how estate agency should be and recomend them highly. 5 stars!

TrustpilotExcellent viewing experience
Emily Bygrave did an excellent job showing me around a cottage near North Walsham. She was friendly, knew her stuff about the property, and, I thought, struck the right balance between trying to sell the place and leave me to make up my own mind. It's generally a pleasure dealing with Minors & Brady, something that, unfortunately, can't always be said about the estate agents we've come across during our Norfolk property search.

TrustpilotPersistence
As a company we sell many properties and deal with many agents. The team at Minors and Brady persisted and managed to secure a sale efficiently. Securing a sale is one thing however Jasmin's willingness and persistence to see the sale through to completion was first class. I hope to have the opportunity to use Minors and Brady again. Many thanks. Ross

FacebookMy grandmother recently sold her house via Minors and Brady. We found the whole process really smooth. The team were extremely helpful, especially Jack from the after sales team :) Both my mother and grandmother have used the firm, and we would recommend Minors and Brady for their great service.

Today we had a second viewing with a property under minors and Brady. Hannah and Jenna really did a great job of showing us newbies this property and with a little bit of hope should be able to put in an offer. Very impressed and very welcoming and helpful

FacebookI was quite anxious going into my first purchase but thanks to the incredible support and guidance by Lee Mortier, the entire process couldn’t have been easier. Brilliant team, brilliant customer service and again, I can’t talk more highly of how excellent Lee Mortier was. I highly recommend Minors & Brady.
