It was a very wet Easter Monday morning when we met Emily Bygrave, the estate agent who showed me and my parents around a property in Thorpe St Andrew. She was warm and welcoming and happy to answer all of the many questions my dad asked her (he’s a semi-retired estate agent so the questions kept on coming!).She didn’t seem at all phased by this or the fact it was a miserable bank holiday and she was working. We were all left with a very positive impression of the property and Minors and Brady.

We viewed a cottage in a remote part of Suffolk. Hanna showed us round and was marvelous. She was informative, proactive in trying to sell us the features and benefits of the property and was thoroughly professional. She was also very creative with ideas about what could be done to the property. It was a pleasure being shown the property by her.

I have rented for over 20 years with pretty various letting agents and have never had no issues, problems in turn it has always been a great helpful, professional and joyful experience. They have always been amazing. Though, Minor & Brady are the worst estate agency and I would not recommend anyone letting through them. They are sexist towards woman and especially mothers with children. They are racial discrimination, biased and discriminative. Never in my life I have been ill treated under the discriminatory act, They pretty much said if a man is not on a contract you are no good. On top they are thieves and NEVER give them your holding deposit money. They stole over £500 of me. And I’m sure this has happened to many other individuals that they rob from, I regret using them and now that I have proceeded such a smooth and pleasant let with another agency elsewhere I feel nothing but regret and frustration ever coming across Minor & Brady letting team in Norwich.
