TrustpilotWe used minors and brady lowestoft…
We used minors and brady lowestoft branch for the sale of our house. I have to say that they were brilliant. Dan the branch manager especially goes above and beyond to ensure things are going smoothly. We sold our house within a week of being on market but it was the after sales care in which we found to be spot on. The stress of solicitors can be a bit much however minors and brady made that experience 10 times better than when I tried to move before with a different estate agent. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again

FacebookWe had a great experience selling our house with Charlie and his team at Lowestoft in the summer. It was our first time selling a house and they were there every step of the way to offer reassurance. Would definitely recommend Minors and Brady.

TrustpilotWe have been dealing with Sonya Balls…
We have been dealing with Sonya Balls at the Wroxham branch about a rental property, we have been so impressed with the kind and thoughtful way in which she has looked after us, it is lovely in this day and age to find someone with compassion who truly looks after clients interests. Her communication and follow up has been second to none, thank you!

GoogleI’ve just purchased my house and would like to thank Minors & Brady for the continued excellent service. Hannah in particular was very patient with multiple visits, and Jasmine did a great job of pushing after sales queries and arranging final clearance when it looked like things were faltering. Very impressed. (Steve C) … Chloe showed us a property (Sat Aug 4) and was excellent. Extremely knowledgable and enthused, also responded quickly to queries. Thanks, Steve

TrustpilotMinors and Brady - Top Notch!
Minors and Brady are actually the seller's agent, but they have been extremely helpful throughout the whole buying process. Both Rosie and Emma have been 'A MAZE ING' as Craig Revell-Horwood would say and a mention too for Kirsten, my original point of contact at MB. I have to say, I love Rosie! Her zest, her knack for getting things done, her attention to detail and her commitment. Rosie's communication skills are great and her temperament, wow! If I needed a customer facing person for my business, I would relentlessly hunt Rosie down and poach her.

Great service from the lettings department. Excellent communication throughout, which other agents certainly lack. I see no reason why I will ever need to use a different agency. Thanks again to Luke and the team.

Cassandra Creak took care of us from the get go.Throughout our purchase we were looked after and made to feel like family. We would highly recommend Minors and Brady for both sale and purchase having used both services very recently. We cant thank both the Norwich team and Lowestoft enough and more specifically Cass, who was so polite and kind that she never corrected me even when i called her kath for about 3 weeks

TrustpilotRecommend highly
Myself and my partner recently viewed a couple of properties with Elle. She made us both feel at ease and could answer all questions. She took her time to show us round and she listened to what we were looking for and how she could help. Minors and Brady are lucky to have her :)

TrustpilotTop class service
Macey in the Lowestoft branch from the start has been nothing but supportive, helpful and professional. She has seen how much we love the place we have put an offer in for and she has been there for us to ensure we can secure it. It's great to have someone like this working for you and she's an asset to your company.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
