TrustpilotPositivity
Buying and selling is often fraught with raised hopes and last minute changes. Connie Staff at Minors & Brady was always very positive and kept me very much in the loop with all the sudden changes when I was buying. Even when we had a purchase fall through she remained positive and I would definitely recommend her and the agency for being proactive and dynamic.

TrustpilotWould recommend, especially Rosie!
I sold my flat this year (2023) after putting it up for sale in 2022. Unfortunately my first sale fell through and the second sale that completed was for 15K less. However I don't blame Minors & Brady for this but more the first buyer and the current state of affairs with the world.Minors and Brady did me a great deal on selling my flat and were really good at communicating throughout the whole process. I was really impressed with the pictures they took of my flat and was fairly happy with the amount of interest generated considering the circumstances. The best part of my experience with Minors and Brady was the after sales care from Rosie. She was really good at chasing and making sure things were moving along and was very pleasant to deal with.Overall I would recommend Minors and Brady and will keep them in mind for the future.

Minors and Brady are ‘simply the best’!. The standout person for us was Rosie Turley from the Norwich branch who was there for us every step on the way - through the tough times as well as the good. Her professionalism and cool head was instrumental in our sale finalising. Her ability to keep cam when we definitely were not was so reassuring. She really is an asset to the organisation. With our warmest and sincere thanks for a job well done.Maire and Michael Gilhooly

We had a great experience with selling and purchasing through Minors & Brady. A smooth process with Claire Wilson being our after sales progressor. She was always available to answer our many questions, kept us fully up to date and always positive. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better to communicate with during the whole process.
