FacebookVery friendly, polite, professional company. Always keeping me up to date with my purchase regardless of it being a very small one in relation to other sales. All staff were excellent especially Charlie, Thank you! I'm now getting settled in and if I were ever to move in tbe future I will be using Minors and Brady for certain.

Horrendously disappointed, If I could give no stars I would. Minors and Brady are a team of young aspiring individuals which are all around my age bracket, and some of whom I know. I came across a property by accident that happened to be everything I wanted for my first investment. I was very clear to explain my circumstances and also ask the owner of the property, theirs. Turned out they were not in a hurry which was the security I needed to move forwards with an offer. I was so excited when my offer had been accepted and thought it was just a waiting game for the legalities to be processed.I happened to run passed the property 2 weeks ago and noticed the for sale board was finally updated to sold.Today, I had a call after 2 months of no contact, and answered to a lady who casually advised me the apartment was sold as of 2 WEEKS AGO to someone else.She advised the property owner was in a rush to sell and they’ve had her on the phone everyday? I was told she was in no rush and her new property was not ready until January.No one has contacted me for 2 months to tell me this, let alone someone has offered or PURCHASED the property, despite my offer being accepted and also 2 WEEKS LATE.I was advised I can take an email and put it in writing for them, which I swiftly declined and advised Lee can call and speak to me., In which it was like speaking to a child. He took no responsibility, and said there was nothing he can do followed by continuing to gas light me into this being my fault for not explaining I am in a position to purchase the property outright, but at no point was I under the impression that there was any urgency. Dan from the lowestoft branch, (Lee’s cousin, because they’re all friends and related to each other, how Norfolk and unprofessional) has unfortunately had the wonderful experience of my wrath. He so far has take much more accountability despite it being nothing to do with the Lowestoft Branch.. however they still have a chance of making commission as they have my property up for sale.. so that’s more likely to be the reason why. I am going to be escalating my complaint with the assistance of my solicitor but I thought I would come on here to direct potential customers somewhere else. Just a group of young boys trying their hand in the property game. I had high hopes for them, but absolutely AWFUL service.What makes me laugh, is the most is under a certain persons name on ‘meet the team’ it quotes:‘He is dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensures regular communication with each client’ Fabulous! 🤣

GoogleChloe Round recently showed me and my partner round a property. She was super friendly, professional and had genuine interest in any of the questions we asked. She knew a lot about the property too which is a big bonus as I feel this puts other agents to shame and makes the viewing feel rushed/unhelpful as they don't know nearly as much! She also checked up with us the next day via email to see what we thought and if we had any questions. Overall a very positive experience and I highly recommend. Thank you so much 😊

GoogleMinors and Brady have been absolutely brilliant with the sale of our house. Right from the start when Bradley Stark came to value our property he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He answered any questions we had and was incredibly helpful throughout the sale. They sold our property within 3 weeks of it going ‘live’ and at a price we where looking for to help us move forward! So thank you all so much! They are the best agents we have dealt with through selling and finding our next home - (and we have viewed a lot of properties with varied agents!) they are always quick and responsive , managing to get viewings in for us around our busy work life and keeping us informed with regular updates and always so helpful! Chloe Round showed us around a property at the weekend and was incredibly friendly and helpful and any questions we did have she got the answers to us that evening, Brilliant service. Can not recommend all at minors and Brady enough and would 100% use there services again. Thanks so much again! 😊

Our daughter and her friend were looking to rent a flat. They had seen a flat that she liked and placed a deposit for holding, even though it hadn’t been signed off by building regulations. My husband and I were away at the time when she viewed the flat, if we would have been home it would have been very different matter.On reading the description of the property and looking at the photos it seemed ok. However when looking in depth at the property we noticed that the second bedroom ( which our daughter would have been sleeping in) had a long double glazed frosted window. No open window in the room at all, so no fresh air or no natural daylight, but most importantly no exit from the room if a fire had broke out.After several phone calls, my husband had spoke with a member of staff and questioned them regarding this problem. Nobody had any idea if this was safe or not. When being questioned about how our daughter would escape if a fire were to break out the answer was “ there is a fire escape out of the front door down the stairs” that’s all good and well if you can predict where the fire is, if the fire would break out in her bedroom, or the hall she had no escape. We have spoke with several companies, suffolk police and checked the government’s website and the information written about the flat by advertising it as a two bedroom flat is not lawful. It can be advertised as a one bedroom flat with a ie nursery, study, playroom but not a bedroom for sleeping. This is dangerous. Minor and Brady will not return the deposit and has already advertising it again as a two bedroom flat. I feel very disappointed in Minor and Brady customer service it has been frankly appalling. The reason for writing this is to please check out the properties to make sure they have an adequate fire escape. I feel Minor and Brady could have handled this situation differently by advertising the property as it should be.I feel the safety of their tenants should be paramount but sadly this doesn’t seem the case. I feel I should leave on a positive note, they do answer the phones

This email to the manager explains our experience!................................................................................Hi, I was told you are the manager at M&B and the person I should write to.Last week, my wife and I visited Anne and Paul at 45 *** ***** Way for a viewing appt. I believe your rep was 'Emily'We looked around the house and it was within our price range up to £380,000.When we finished, we told Emily we would like to put in a starting bid of £350,000 to get negotiations going.Vendor, A*****, told us she wants to move asap as her daughter has stage 4 cancer and the money could help her get treatment. (I'm not breaking any confidentialities here as they told us that they informed you guys of the situation. A***** and her husband also have seen a house they would like to buy.Emily said she would take the offer back to the office and get back to us.From Tuesday through to Friday, I'd called your office and kept getting told the colleague dealing with it is on the phone and would call me back. Of course, no such call came through.Finally, on Friday, a male colleague said they had put the offer to the vendors but it had been refused.My wife and I felt something wasn't right with your company as we had received no contact by email, which I believe is common practice, so decided to visit the couple again in person.A***** was surprised to see us as it transpired that you had told them that very day that they had received no offers! They knew we were very interested on our first visit and we told them they would hear from us.Then she tells us she wanted to put the house up at no less than £400,000, a figure we would not have entertained had you guys been 'honest'. (Here, I left a link to the word 'Honest' as defined by the online Cambridge Dictionary!)Apparently, you told her you would use your 'Tactic' of advertising lower than the asking price to "Bring more people in" (Yeah...sod other people wasting their time and getting their hopes up, eh!)Bottom line is...your Michael Murine company is Lying to the public with regards to the price....Lied to my wife and I about our offer having been put forward...Lied to us about it being refused BUT, and this is the most telling and in my opinion, unforgivable lie...You Lied to the vendors that they have had no offers purely because your aim is to maximise your commission and not give a damn about that poor couple and what they are trying to do for their daughter.Mate...no wonder estate agents are so reviled!Shame on you all.

We found all the staff at Minors & Brady very helpful, pleasant and professional. We came up from London with just a four day window to view as many properties as possible. Penny pulled out all the stops to get us half a dozen confirmed viewings. We were met at the properties by Emily Bygrave who we found very knowledgeable and pleasant. We also were shown a couple of properties by a young man, unfortunately I cannot remember his name but he was also charming and professional. I would highly recommend this firm.

Dreadful from start to finish. Over price properties, tie you in for 20 weeks and they will ask you to reduce constantly. We had so many problems with the sales team and then with after sales. From area directors calling you to tell you what you had in writing from another manager won't be honoured as it hadn't been cleared with them, to cramming two viewings into a 30 minute slot and arriving 10 minutes late without a clue about the property they're showing potential buyers around. We sold for 12% under our asking price and to sell we had to reduce 3 times in 8 weeks. After we lost our second buyer we were asked to reduce again, three days later it sold. Clueless amateurs masquerading as estate agents. Don't fall for the fancy bright photos and slick marketing and use a proper estate agent who actually knows the market they're operating in
