GoogleHannah showed us around 2 properties. She was knowledgeable of the area and she wasn't pushy like other agents we have dealt with in the past. No question was too difficult and she was super quick to search something on her internal system if she was unsure. Very good experience and we would feel comfortable purchasing with Hannah and Minors and Brady.

FacebookMinors and Brady are quite simply outstanding!! Their professionalism and dedication to selling your home is first class. We started selling our house with a different, well known local estate agent and the experience was hideous. Poor marketing meant that in a week on the market we hadn't had so much as a sniff of interest, and lack of care and attention to detail meant that bad photos and boring description was at the bottom of it. Deciding to change to Minors and Brady was the best decision I could have made. Stunning photos, amazing description and proactive marketing meant that within a week we had 11 viewings and a nice big SOLD board outside. Minors and Brady literally went the extra mile for everything, from Lee doing all the viewings and really selling our home to prospective buyers, to Adam keeping in contact with us throughout the rest of the sale process. It really was a service we would never have received from other agents, which was really apparent from other agents in the chain. I couldn't be more grateful to the team for all their hard work and for helping us move on to our dream home - Thank you

FacebookMy husband and I can not recommend minors and Brady enough, where other estate agents failed, minors and Brady came in and sold our house within 2 months. We are now at the end of our sale and from start to finish they have always kept us in the loop, in particular Adam who has been fabulous, he has been patient, understanding and very kind. So if you are looking for a friendly dedicated estate agents I would definitely pick them. Tara and Daniel Button

TrustpilotAfter sales
We had a rocky start initially with selling our home with Minors and Brady but once we got to the after sales department Aysegul looked after us amazingly and kept us up to date the whole way through! We are very appreciative for her hard work and dedication to our move. Special thanks to her. Only thing that would’ve been helpful was to be told where water stop cock and electricity meter was as it took us a while to find these and had to make a call.

FacebookI would highly recommend this company, they have done a fantastic job of selling my house for me. I was impressed with how much they contacted me and keeping me up to date with things. Also in my opinion Minors and Brady has a very modern approach to selling houses compared to other well established estate agents in the area. A big thank you to Jack Deeley and the other members of staff that helped me. 🙂

GoogleHave been looking at properties in Pakefield for the past few weeks and today we found it. Hugely impressed with Hannah Graver who showed the property today, striking the balance perfectly between presenting a fab property whilst representing both the vendors and our interests. We are now super excited about our new home by the sea, thank you Hannah, top job!
