I felt at ease looking around and didn’t feel rushed was able to take my time looking around. Would 100% feel comfortable and confident in Jenna showing people around my property.

Just recently sold my father’s old house and I’m looking to buy a new place to call home. I was in Lowestoft, and went to a couple of estate agents. No one had what I wanted. Then I went into minors & Brady. I was greeted with smile and a warm welcome by Connor. I told him what I was looking for he gave me some leaflets. He made some great suggestions. I will definitely take a look, and hopefully come back and see you again. Thanks for taking the time Connor, pity the others estate agents didn’t follow suit

GoogleMe and my partner had Ruby to show us a couple of properties this morning-she was a absolute delight! Interested in us, our criteria and we were able to have banter with her. She was engaging with us, had valid input in our discussions. She is excellant at her job and had the information we needed. Highlighted a 2nd prpoerty too

I found the staff I dealt with friendly and knowledgeable. Joe was very good on face to face meetings with potential tenants and Beth was good on the administration so the experience was good all round.I have used the service on a few occasions now and have found Minors and Brady better than some of the competition.

Dispite having had a great experience five years ago when M&B sold my home, sadly the lettings division did not live up to the same standard. From unreturned phone calls, excuses still using previous mobile number, dispite calling me on my current number, nearly and hour late to one viewing, with no notifcation on running late, arriving when the landlord had rattled on about how bad they were to deal with and certain the reason my application was declined, with the succesful applicant having gone through the landlords preferred agent, who he asked me to contact in future. That agent went onto secure me a similar property within weeks, though according to M&B as I had a blip on my credit history (dispite renting my current property for over five years) I would have to find a guarantor or pay a years rent in advance, which turned out to be absolute rubbish!"

Our buying and selling process has been quite stressful as we have a new baby , and things haven’t always gone to plan.Claire responded to my emails straight away , was always very easy to get hold of.
