Unfortunately we didn’t sell our house through Howard’s however we did purchase a property through them and can honestly say we received the most amazing care from Amy at Lowestoft. No matter how many emails I sent regarding queries she would get the answer every time and respond within hours. Couldn’t fault the service received and would definitely recommend Amy. Without Amy’s help we wouldn’t be moving into our dream home. Me and my family are forever grateful to you, she’s an asset to the Lowestoft branch ⭐️⭐️

Bought a property from Howards, Cara Childerhouse was on board and quick to respond straight away - even arranging visits in the evening over message for the next day, I found her pleasant and efficient and coordinated really well between me and the Seller. Amy Lugo was very helpful and gave updates during the time after the amount was agreed with Cara , she arranged keys to be brought to the House on day of completion - so thanks to Maddie as well for dropping the keys off.

Pure brilliance, I really couldn't praise howards estate agents enough for their services. From start to finish the whole team supported our sale and purchase every step of the way. I have received excellent customer service from Georgia. I actually made a complaint initially about an aspect of the service we received when viewing a house, and Georgia looked into this and resolved it efficiently. We then ran into a difficult situation when purchasing the house and Georgia worked tirelessly to negotiate and bring everyone to an agreement (which thankfully meant we did not lose the house). Georgia was always at the end of the phone, kept me informed every step of the way, and was very 'human' and empathic which made the process less stressful than it could have been otherwise. Maddie was simply a lovely girl, attentive and gave us the time to look around the property. She was very positive and seemed genuinely interested in our position. The vendor was also a very pleasant woman whom I frankly wished I could have placed an offer with, but the house was a little on the small side. This was in complete contrast to my earlier viewing today with the same agent whereby we had to curtail the appointment due to an excessively unpleasant vendor at a different location. She was both rude and aggressive when asked if she had an onwards move and seemed indignant that we had even ventured an entirely normal enquiry, her reply being that "its only come onto the market Two days ago! and then promptly turned her back upon us. The accompanying agent arrived at the property just as the vendor was leaving as we had gotten there a couple of minutes early. A consistently well mannered and helpful young guy, but we had to subsequently let him know that there seemed little rationale in continuing the viewing. Really, the biggest shame is that this was a follow up visit and we were almost certainly going to place an offer upon the property (we had another house to look at later on, but suspected in all probability that it was too small). The house is in poor condition but we had already begun obtaining quotes for the renovation and accepted that we too, had a lot of work to take on. It may be helpful for Howards to have a serious discussion about her real intentions for an onward move as she seemed blase about any prospect of really actually wanting to sell and was clearly irritated that she had had to put herself out on a Saturday morning.

I have been dealing with Georgia Lee from Howard’s over the couple of months selling our property. She’s been the best at her job dealing my queries and making sure I get the best deal possible. Although selling a property can be stressful Georgia made sure everything so far has gone smoothly and stress free. Would highly recommend Howard’s estate agents and Georgia to anyone who’s looking to sell/buy properties around Suffolk. Ps Can’t forget Addison who I first dealt with first to set up the whole thing and getting it on the market. Addison has been on top of his game as he would get everything done quickly and swiftly as I was in a rush and after we found the buyer Georgia took over from there and kept everything going really well. Me and my partner popped into the office to ask for a viewing on a property we liked online, only to find it had been let that morning. Daniel Brown was who we spoke to, and he instantly searched all the properties available and found a house that could suit our needs and booked us in asap.
