Romans are members of the National Federation of Property Professionals Client Money Protection Scheme through our membership of ARLA Propertymark, Safe Agent and also The Property Ombudsman. I am sorry to read that you feel our fees are expensive, we are a clear and transparent agent that do not add fees later on down the line of any Tenancy. Our fees are discussed prior to the commencement of any Tenancy and for Tenants are outlined within the Tenant Guide and Essential Information forms that Tenants are provided; our fees can also be found online online at http://www.romans.co.uk/tenancy-fees In regards to your points about poor service we would like to have a better understanding about your experience.
