GoogleHarry Hook at Earley kept us well informed and helped push things along with the sale of our property; he was good to deal with and always quick to respond. We were extremely unlucky as two sales fell through. This was possibly to do with the political climate; Arins were not to blame, and they pulled out the stops to move the third sale through as quickly and painlessly as possible. I would recommend Arins with no hesitation.

GoogleWhen u was renting through this agency had really great experience with an agency. Mark assisted in showing the property and agreeing on letting. Agency really do look after their tenants and fix any maintenance issue quickly or provides a reasonable timeline with updates. I would say one of the best agency I have stayed with.

FacebookBest estate agent we have ever used! We have moved a few times now and I can say without hesitation that Arins were brilliant. We had our house on the market with another agent fora few months and didn't receive any offers (not even a cheeky low one), went on the market with Arins and we accepted an offer within a few weeks. They really put the effort into getting in sold, where this had been lacking with the previous agent. Arins even found us the house that we ended up purchasing too when we had been struggling to find anything suitable. From start to finish everyone that we came into contact with was friendly, helpful and professional and they all worked hard to make sure that everything was pushed through as quickly and smoothly as it could have been. I would highly recommend and we would definitely use them again.

GoogleExcellent service! From initial consultation through to our sale, we felt thoroughly taken care of by Arins. The pricing offered was fair and that, and the commission percentage, were in line with other estate agents. The information Arins collected so that their viewing agents are knowledgeable is one of the stand-out features - we knew that prospective buyers were being shown round by someone who had the information at their finger tips to answer seller questions and to bring out the best in our house. The photos were well done and showcased our property well. All through the process Arins were proactive, in touch with us, and in touch with solicitors and other estate agents up the chain. I believe without Harry and Chrissie the sale would have fallen through, but their dedication to getting in touch with the relevant parties and making things clear kept everything moving. We were very impressed with the service and would recommend them to everyone!

GoogleExcellent service, I have brought and sold with this estate agent now, they are a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend and would use them again. A very professional, knowledgeable and friendly team. They made the whole process an easy one, which I can’t thank them enough for (especially Harry). Nothing was ever to much trouble, and they always kept me in the loop with feedback/viewings etc. Everything was completed in a very timely and efficient manner. I was really pleased with the photos taken too.

GoogleHarry has in the last 8 years done 2 property sales for me, and genuinely is a very efficient and 'on the ball' estate agent, always checking with the people i was buying from what the state of play was etc. Genuinely would recommend to anyone in reading. I have now moved to the other side of berkshire/wiltshire borders, but i would recommend him and arins to anyone selling in reading or wokingham. Note: the valuation harry gave was very genuine, and we got exactly what we wanted for the house + or -3k, which is very good going, cannot ask for better than that really.
