Very impressed with the service provided by Harry and the rest of the Arins team at the lower Earley branch, who recently helped us sell our house in New Town, East Reading. Not only were they very personable, but you always felt they took our questions or concerns seriously, and would return calls almost immediately on the rare occasions you didn't actually get someone on the phone. Superb communication, very friendly and also calm-headed - just what you need when going through the stressful business of trying to buy/ sell houses. Whenever anything came up that appeared problematic, Harry instantly put our minds to rest and immediately got on the case to try and sort it. i would not recommend this agency because me and my partner were looking for a studio to rent around Maiden Place , we had a viewing and after we decided to rent it they were kept saying that is somebody else who wants it and the landlord didn’t gave them the answer who gonna choose. We had to go to theyr agency to find out about new informations about the propriety , they never called but the manager kept saying they will. Not professionals .

Firstly a massive 'Thank you' to Harry and the rest of the team at Arins! We had been toying with the idea of selling our home for several years, and had actually spoken with a few competitors of Arins over that time. But we never felt confident with the sales people that we met or the service that they promised. And then we met Harry! A genuinely nice guy that we got along with on a personable level whilst he maintained a professional standard throughout the sales process. A high number of viewings took place which were managed by the Arins team and scheduled to fit in around my families daily life. We achieved a really decent sale price in what was a really difficult economic climate with Brexit looming and a general election just a couple of weeks away. Achieving the sale that we did set us in a strong position to be able to buy our next home. We could not be happier now, after what was our first ever property sale - now extremely happy in our new home! Cheers Harry!

Unprofessional services, I expect for an answer more than one week, on that time I visited them more times, each time they made an excuse (the letting agent is not in,we call you tomorrow... )even the manager Harry Hook assured us we gonna get an answer . In the end we found out that the property is rented when we went again there to ask what is the status . I wouldn't recommend it .

I must say all was good until I had to leave and close the contract! This guys doesn't care to much to get done the last step which will release my deposit! Will be 3 weeks soon with no action from them about it. They're too busy to reply to my emails even. That's a mockery! Wouldn't use them again!

Don't rent with them, they're literally terrible for land lords and tenants alike. No inspections, even when contractually promised, their "emergency" line is almost never answered, they're unhelpful to tenants wherever possible. Terrible experience.
