GoogleIt has been a long journey for us, with lots of problems along the way. However these were caused by solicitors and others! Woodbury Homes could not have been more helpful. Always kept us informed, always striving on our behalf to get the move done as soon as they could. They've been excellent. If you are looking for homes in this area I would highly recommend that you use Woodbury Homes.

GoogleHave bought and sold thru them they charge a lot for a small agent, and what you get feel they don't really care. Not a very personal service don't want to know once contract signed not even a thank you then take all that commission for not a lot of work. Nothing more special than any other agent. Doesn't make you want to use them again particularly.

The whole process has been completely stress free. Laura from the letting team has been fantastic with all my requests throughout the whole process and I am a very hard person to please! If you are looking to rent out your property I would highly recommend Woodbury.

Jamie worked extremely hard to make sure the completion took place. Unlike other estate agents, they are involved from the start of the process to completion, always working in a professional manner. GoogleWoodbury just sold my house in Buckhurst Hill. We had two offers over asking price in the first few days of viewing. Once a sale was agreed they stayed up on top of everything to make sure things progressed as smoothly as possible. Very grateful for your help and taking care of literally everything. GoogleWe got an offer accepted on a property that this agents where selling.After more than a week after they accepted the offer they still didn’t send the memorandum to our solicitors!!!The where stringing is along just to find out the vendors accepted another offer from someone else!!!Would not recommend them as a buyer!!!
