Woodbury Homes have managed my private rental for the past three years and they are, by far and away, the best letting agency I’ve ever dealt with. They are personable, empathetic and incredibly professional. On the rare occasions when any challenges have come up, they’ve been handled quickly, calmly and with genuine care. Communication is always clear and timely, which makes a huge difference as a tenant. Special mention to Natalie and Laura, who are consistently supportive, diligent and a real pleasure to deal with. We sold our home with Woodbury after having a very unsuccessful period on the market with another local Loughton agent for 6 weeks. From the start, Woodbury’s team were amazing. They managed to take excellent photos, prep a listing and get us live within 24 hours. We had full oversight of the process and the owner, Leigh, even offered to send someone round to mow our lawn for us if we didn’t have time! Within 1 week of being on the market they found us 7 viewings and on day 1 of viewings we got 2 offers, 1 return viewing and a few more viewings requested. From speaking to them and accepting an offer it took 9 days. The entire process after that was extremely stress free with Woodbury doing all of the chasing for us and making sure everything went well. Every single member of their team is excellent. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

I sold a property through Woodbury back in 2016 and had such a good experience we had no hesitation going to them when we moved again earlier this year.
