Woodbury were really great and actually sold my home within the first week that I listed with them. Leigh and Stuart handled the sale and the listing very professionally and kept constantly in contact, even when, due to unprofessional practice from my previous agent, I had, very regretfully, to withdraw my house from the sale. Woodbury though were always extremely helpful, and professional and kept me constantly updated. They are most certainly the best estate agent in Loughton and I hope to put my property back on with them very soon. Highly recommended.

From the very first engagement all the way through to completion, everyone involved was professional, courteous, respectful of our time and property, and most importantly very pro-active in getting our house sold. Woodbury Homes were amazing! They were accommodating, understanding and patient because the sale was a tricky one. The pictures and wording used were fantastic and the house sold the same day. The staff were easy to contact and responded promptly and kept me updated and also chased the other estate agents and solicitors. As the agency do also manage of our house I contact them every now and then, and the way household issues are handled impressed me immensely. I did leave the previous flat that I was renting mainly due to the fact that the letting agency (manager too) was so unresponsive and unprofessional on maintenance issues that it was irrational to prolong the agreement. Therefore it was an extraordinary revelation to see that Laura responds to my mails or texts in next few minutes, suggesting solutions straight away. And she also consulted us on matters unrelated on current rent. So I have only superlatives for this agency.

I don't often write reviews but felt compelled to after the team at Woodbury Homes sold my mother's house. From instruction to completion the team were professional at all times, at the other end of the phone to answer my queries and constantly updating me. After a bad experience with another local agent, I would not hesitate to recommend Woodbury if you are looking for a first class agent with a caring team who go above and beyond to sell your property. Woodbury recently sold our property in Buckhurst Hill. They were true professionals from the beginning and had a wealth of knowledge. Selling your house can be extremely stressful, however even when we encountered problems along the way (through no fault of Woodbury!) they were proactive and supportive throughout. Having used other local agents to view properties, it was very clear that Woodbury's exemplary service is not the norm. Woodbury became like family throughout the process and we actually missed their calls when the transaction was complete.
