GoogleWe recently bought and sold in Loughton with Woodbury Homes. We could not recommend them enough! From start to finish their service went above and beyond. The photos Stuart took for marketing our old home were perfect and we quickly received offers following an open day. Not long after getting to know us Leigh introduced us to our dream home. The process to completion was a long one because of a large chain and Jamie kept us fully briefed along the way. Huge thanks to Leigh, Jamie and Stuart for everything. We would without a doubt use Woodbury again in the future if the need arose.

GoogleFrom my initial enquiry to receiving my keys, Woodbury Homes provided an exceptional service of assisting my first purchase. Leigh was readily available to answer my consistent barrage of queries, and proactively pushed the vendors solicitor as they were particularly slow! Their local knowledge is second to none. I will definitely work with them again, and have already recommended my family friend to use them.

GoogleGreat service from woodbury homes by far the best agent we come across, we recently bought our first house through woodbury homes and Stuart and Jamie were so helpful and made the process very very easy. Been first time buyers it is really hard and we did view a lot of properties and as I found a lot of agents try to go with investors and never got back to us it came to a point we were going to give up and probably this would have been last viewing for a while at least but from the very first call till the last minute these guys were so helpful, always answered the phone and a special mention for Jamie he was so helpful. giving advice and guidance, I can’t recommend them highly enough and I definitely would use them again. GoogleGreat service from Stuart and the team at Woodbury Homes. We shopped around with a few agents in Loughton but was really impressed with Woodbury. They are very honest with you and straight to the point which we liked. Give you an honest valuation, not the highest price just to get your property on with them. They really know their market well, all grew up round here which helps. They always pick up the phone, if they miss a call they always call you back. Managed the process brilliantly and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again. There is a reason there are more Woodbury Homes boards in Loughton than any other agent. Thanks again guys!

GoogleAbsolutely great service from a team of very professional estate agents. Where to start.... we found these guys purely on Google and looking into Rightmove. After a couple of days they came round and valued our flat in Buckhurst Hill. Leigh didn't try to be a salesman and we eventually agreed on a price for the sale. Within a couple more days professional photos were taken, floorplans drawn up and it was on rightmove (along with a for sale sign outside). Within 24 hours we received 4 viewings and by 12 days we had around 10 viewings and a few offers and decided to accept one. Big shout out to Leigh, Stuart, Jamie and Charlie who within 2 weeks seemed to all help with the sale. Its still early days, we haven't completed yet but we have full confidence that they have found us a reliable buyer. Excellent estate agents that take great care in their work, communication was clear, timely, and consistent throughout the entire process. They truly go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Hopefully I won't be moving again anytime soon, but if I do I would definitely choose Woodbury Homes.
