GoogleExcellent service with amazing customer care. I would highly recommend MadisonFox to anyone. All staff members at MadisonFox Loughton are professional, honest, kind and very helpful. They go above and beyond to help you sell or purchase your dream home. MadisonFox completed both our home sale and the purchase at the same time. We were very lucky to come across the MadisonFox sales team and the management team because they listened to your property preference and match the property type very carefully. We trusted the team straightaway because they kept their promise from the very first day. We were on the market for over a year and at that point very exhausted and disappointed with most of the Loughton local estate agents because of their poor work ethics especially unethical negotiation skills. What we loved about the MadisonFox staff is everyone was trustworthy, confidential and they have the best work ethos. It was a great experience to go through the paperwork side of the house sale and purchase with the management team. They put you at ease even the things seem a bit tedious and slightly challenging at times to get over the documentation phase. We would not have the patience or time to go through the probate paperwork if it wasn't their great support and experience with excellent communication skills with the solicitors. All the updates were provided to us with a clear set of instructions well in advance and each step of the process from the start to the end was managed efficiently and communicated timely. We were offered very quickly free service of the professional photographers, the bookings for viewings, recommendations for brilliant solicitor (Links Legal), and a professional survey company. The complete comprehensive package of services MadisonFox provide for their customers is what made a huge difference to our home sale and purchase experience. Highly experienced and professionally qualified team of staff that help their customer needs and demands of the business. Brilliant estate agent and I would like to ranked them NO 1 in our town. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone in our Loughton MadisonFox branch for their enormous support and advice.

GoogleMy husband and I have been so impressed with Simon throughout our process of house hunting in Loughton. Simon took note of the specifics of exactly what we were looking for and our budget. He stayed in regular contact with us and let us know as soon as something came on the market which he knew we’d be interested in. He provided a completely superior service to all of the other estate agents we were in contact with over the course of a few months. He is friendly, incredibly profession and clearly excellent at his job. We would like to pass on our sincere thanks to him for all of his hard work!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleFive stars given for the quick response in setting up a viewing when we enquired about a flat we saw online, thank you Roger for your help.

GoogleI haven’t bought a property through this agency as of yet, but have been impressed with the attitude of the staff I’ve been dealing with in regard to viewings. Roger really went out of his way to find out answers to my questions and doesn’t have that pushy aggressive salesman approach that most estate agents seem to adopt. I wish more agents were like him, as it would make the whole process much nicer.

GoogleThey sold my house but I found them very untrustworthy and had me over to the sum of £750. Would not recommend at all, especially Alex who is just a born liar. Do not trust what he tells you.
