I am so pleased that I chose Madison Fox as my estate agents to sell my property in Woodford Green. Not only have their services been 100% professional but their integrity and helpfulness has been much appreciated as I have never sold a property before and moved overseas during the sale, they guided and advised me in all aspects which I was unsure of. Their service has been outstanding and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Roger and Bronte on the completion of my sale.

We are all so pleased with the service and warm welcome we have received at Madison Fox. We are currently in the process of finding a buyer for our house and after switching from previous agents, we immediately noticed a boost in enquiries and more serious potential buyers which was very encouraging for the entire family. It has been such a pleasure so far with Roger and Simon who have been so professional, friendly and experienced in what they do and we feel a lot more at ease knowing we are in good hands. It is clear to see all the effort and time that is put into every appointment and giving us continuous updates. We really appreciate all the hard work the team is continuing to do. A special shout out to Roger and Simon who have made this process for the family that little bit easier with striving to sell our childhood home. Highly recommend this agency!

I truly enjoyed working with Madison Fox and would like to say a special thank you to Georgia Davis. She has been a pleasure and a joy to be in touch with and assisted me in every step and kept me well informed. Always so positive and excited for her customers and buyers and made a real effort to make sure everything went smoothly with the viewings, and most importantly always returned my call no matter how late. I was very thankful to have her and her guidance. I highly recommend Madison Fox The team are really great and go the extra mile at every stage!!! Thank you Victoria

I am very happy with the service I received from MF...they sold my house for me! They were the most expensive agent I approached, but well worth it because, they sold my house for the best price. Georgia in the office was always bubbly and kept me in touch, giving feedback etc. And Simon was great at the initial valuation, I had every confidence he would sell my house and he handled the viewings well. The whole team worked well together

Landlords stay clear. These guys don't know who they are renting to, or maybe they do and just chose to ignore it for the sake of getting paid. Renting to people that provide dodgy documents with poor to no morals.

Arranged a viewing for a property through zoopla and received a call from Roger soon after. The booking was made on Wednesday and we were in viewing the property on Thursday. Roger made the whole process so easy and was so informative. We look forward to hopefully buying a house and look forward to working with him in the future. Thanks Roger!

Ashleigh Watson dealt swiftly with an exaggerated bill from EON. The original outstanding balance was apparently £1500. The debt collectors were sent out for our company which was totally abhorrent as the bill was for a previous tenant so I forwarded it to Ashleigh at Madison’s who corresponded with EON as a matter OF URGENCY! The final outstanding bill to our company was £15 and not £1500. Thank you and well done Ashleigh.
