GoogleIt's been a good experience having Madison Fox Loughton help us to sell our house within 13 weeks, after a very stressful previous 6 months with a smaller but well advertised estate agency that kept matching our property to inappropriate and unrealistic buyers. We especially recommend Bronte and Michelle who helped to ease and reassure us through the inevitable pressures that arise with selling a house. They're are a very experienced and knowledgeable team. Thankyou.

GoogleThe selling of a property is never straightforward and ours was certainly not that. Of course it's a competitive market being an estate agent. But we were very impressed by Wayne Foleys' professionalism he certainly knows his job. He sold it for us within the week! He explained that was almost where his involvement ended; we would now be looked after by the Sales Progression Team, namely Bronte Sheridan. Well what can we say about the marvellous Bronte. She has many accolades for her hard work, integrity and endless patience. There were occasions when we had reached the end of our tether with the whole process! She calmed us and reassured at every bump in the road. And of course we did 'complete' almost to the day Wayne said we would. Brontes dedication never wavered and saw us through.
