GoogleWe have lived with Loc8me this year and have found them very accommodating. They are quick to respond to any maintenance issues and our property manager, Siobhan Stretton, is friendly and always available when required.

My experience with loc8me was very positive. I applied for an apartment and paid the £200 deposit. Unfortunately due to my own fault, I could not secure a guarantor. Loc8me was fast to refund my deposit. I found that they was very helpful.

GoogleThey're great when you're trying to find a property. They're ok when you need repairs. But they will charge you for all damages a property has when you left, even if the property was in a poor state when you moved in. Make sure you let them know about all the damages you find so you have evidence. They take videos but take your own too.

Poorly run company. Who did not hold deposit in a 'Deposit Protection Scheme'. Difficult to get hold of to raise maintenance issues, the online portal just seems to generate tickets that do not get resolved. No Carbon Monoxide alarm. Only now just registering properties correctly as HMO's and fitting emergency lighting etc, but its all a little too late

GoogleLoc8me were really helpful in finding me a house, I have lived with them for two years now and I've really enjoyed my experience. Very quick to respond to maintenance and always willing. The lettings team were quick to find me the perfect house while the property managers are always on hand to help with any queries! Thanks guys

Loc8me is a terrible agency, with high rent prices and low quality rooms/houses. Please avoid them as much as you can.Everyone is complaining. If you see a good review, it's been paid for.

TrustpilotSTAY AWAY FROM LOC8ME
Do not purchase the non-refundable lifestyle package over the deposit. They promise to cover any minor damages at the end of tenancy, which is an absolute lie. They have conned us out of £400 and are expecting further money for damages. Save yourself the stress and use a more reputable letting agency.

Unhelpful, rude, never respond are just a few of the issues. They are just in it for the money. Never use these people, the worst in customer service
