GoogleAwful customer service and awful staff. Izzy and Elizabeth are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Loc8me do not care what your living conditions are as long as they receive their payment.

GoogleDon't bother. From experience, loc8me will not help you with any issues regarding your own quality of life in one of their properties. However, when the same issue begins to cause damage to the property, they will be over to sort it out in a flash. Long story short, they care only for their properties and not for their tenants. On top of this, come the end of your tenancy, they will try their hardest to justify why they're taking so much of your deposit. Pointing the finger at the tenants for pre-existing issues that need sorting, rather than spending their own cash to look after their properties. No wonder the owner drives a Lambo! Edit: as you can probably see, most of the 5 star reviews are fabricated, some are posted more than once by different accounts, and very few are by students! Looks like they have got their own staff to leave good reviews, as well as paying for fake ones. Most of the 5 star reviews were made by stock photos of middle aged men with no other reviews! π

GoogleWe asked loc8me to replace broken chairs in our kitchen, 6 months into our tenancy they still have not at least attempted to fix or replace these. They also don't seem to care about anything unless they want something from you. All my friends who live with them also have the same issue. Only positive thing to say about them is the social events they put on & Ethan our property manager who is probably the most helpful one there!

GoogleGood company very quick to respond to any queries and lots of great bonuses from renting with loc8 me :) Craig, our property manager, is extremely friendly and helpful, and is always quick to respond and help us solve any issues with the house :)

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I am parent of a student who is currently in one of their properties. They still have unresolved problems from when they moved in in July. The company are very unresponsive and basically just take the money. They should be properly investigated and not be allowed to operate until they have been. DO NOT USE.
