Such a poor and worst in town. The only proper thing they use to do on time is Rent collection. I recommend no one to take accommodations with this honest and smart agency. I been struggling till now couldn’t find replacement tho, instead of staying with this agency better be homeless.

GoogleDO NOT LIVE WITH LOC8ME. This year we received countless issues with nearly every appliance in the house. The company, in response, wrongly tried to charge us for their upkeep and maintenance. This involved no heating or hot water for a period of time over winter. When confronted they failed to give any justification for the bills. They will also take all your deposit and some, to pay for their own decorating and cleaning costs of the property. Overall, and unprofessional and money hungry company. GO ELSEWHERE! UPDATE: Despite 3 emails,and 2 WhatsApp messages regarding our deposit return, Loc8me have still not responded since the 31/7/19 and have yet to pay any of it back to us.

GoogleHaving lived with Loc8me this last year, all I can say is to go with another company. We moved into a newly renovated house that had clearly been rushed to be finished. When we moved in there were still things to be sorted, such as a non-existant driveway and holes around plug sockets. We repeatedly had problems. The boiler played up constantly, and we had several weeks without heating during the winter. Not ideal during exams! There seems to be a lack of communication between the reps, landlords, and the company. Some of these reviews are sketchy, clearly Loc8me are trying to bump up their ratings. Do not live with Loc8me, it's not worth the hassle.

GoogleI currently rent a student house from Loc8 me with Craig as a property manager, all issues are sorted out really quickly and he's very helpful and friendly. 10/10 love Craig and have signed on with Loc8 me for a second year just so I don't lose him.

Google*PLEASE READ* I've lived in Loughborough for 4 years and, as well as many of my friends, rented from Loc8me for 1 year. They have been the worst letting agent I have heard of or come into contact with by a distance and here's why: 1) Maintenance The service can be incredibly slow. Despite it being in the contract to handle issues with the properties, it may well take weeks to repair your white goods. We fortunately never had a broken boiler, but from the speed it took to fix a fridge I think it would have been a very cold winter. 2) House quality This is an agency that does not understand that natural wear and tear happens, and so when they spend £100 on putting in a kitchen, they do not seem to take any responsibility when it starts to fall apart. This comes down to not being honest with the quality of workmanship they put into a renovation. 3) It's not over at the end of the tenancy Loc8me and their agents are very difficult to reason with, partly due to lack of replies, and partly because the replies you do get are unreasonable and unexplained. 2 of my friend's houses were told that, not only were they not getting their deposit back, but they owed Loc8me over a thousand pounds of damages. One of the houses had taken picture of the property before, showing that the condition was identical to before and so Loc8me had no ground to theaten the tennants with such a fine. The other house unfortunately are still trying to get replies and answers from the company, I will encourage them to also leave reviews to keep you updated with how that goes... If Loc8me read this, I sincerely hope that they sort out their handling of tenants and unreasonable landlords at the end of tenancies if they wish to stay in the Loughborough student letting market.

GoogleDid not have a good experience with this company. We had multiple issues with the house such as no heating and no hot water as well as problems with electrical supplies. When reported it took a long time for them to be resolved. We were also charged for the heating to be fixed and when we asked why there was no justification. Our deposits have been taken and when questioned about it they have not responded. They are charging us for repairs on the house that we’re not cause because of us but instead due to the fact the construction on the house was rushed. Don’t live with locate me.

My daughter and her fellow students have been subject to using only one bathroom between six due in their Loughborough house to serious black mould in the second shower room. Loc8me have failed over ELEVEN months to address it citing the owner won’t replace the extract fan (£65). The health of the students simply don’t matter. It’s focus is on one thing…… money

I have never encountered such an ineffective and unethical rental agency in my entire life. Sophie from loughborough is so unprofessional. Takes 3 days to answer one query. Changes her own words during every conversations. Her mathematical calculation skills are mind blowing. She made so many mistakes in my contract. STAY AWAY FROM LOC8ME!!!! It's a trap!!!!!!!
