Google0 stars if that could be an option, just take your money and run. Has been 5 weeks now and still havent fixed our appliances. They supposedly schedule work to be done but never show.

You will regret renting from Loc8me Hull. I do not know about anyother Loc8me but the one in hull which is managed by EMMA CONE is a worst agency to rent from. She doesn’t care about her tenants. We were threatened to leave the house a day before our contract expired. Thanks to some British friends who told us it’s illegal to do such. Ones there’s any damage it’s either you fix it yourself or live in the house that way. Remember stay away from Loc8me hull. They took of the central heating and only excuse they gave was increments in gas bills, other friends who rent from other agency still enjoys heating in their respective homes. We lived in the house without heating for about 7month. BE WARNED GUYS.

GoogleIt was the worst place I've lived until now. And I've lived in Romania, Spain and Cyprus. Before I've moved in I was not told about all the problems the flat is having. They told me they will change the door and they did after 6 an a half months later. We got locked inside because of that. It was taking us 5-10 minutes to unlock and lock back the door. We had mice, one of the showers never worked, the drainage was blocked for 7 months, we didn't have a real address, I've never received any of my mail, and many other problems. The agency didn't care of any of this problems, blaming the owner. This year is the same owner but they are continuing managing the property. Who they will blame this year?

GoogleThe letting agents were nice enough but they allowed the current tenants of the place we wanted to view to refuse us a viewing. Hella weird situation dragged out for weeks. wouldn’t recommend
