GoogleThis is hands down the worst letting agent. For five months, we were left with a non-functioning boiler, and after six months, we are still waiting for new windows and doors to replace the ones that let water and draughts pour into the house. The property is plagued with mould and damp, and their inaction has only made the situation worse.
We left our property for three weeks so they could carry out necessary work, only to return and find that absolutely NOTHING had been done. No updates, no explanations, no apologies, just blatant incompetence and a complete lack of professionalism.
Their communication is non-existent, their work ethic is laughable, and they clearly have no respect for their tenants. We trusted them to handle a simple job, and they failed miserably. This level of service is disgraceful, and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy being ignored, lied to, and completely let down.

GoogleThe day I was supposed to move into my apartment someone was still living in my room. The kitchen was full of trash and there was mold in the fridge. We had to contact loc8me several times before it got cleaned. I am still waiting to get my deposit back although my tenancy ended 11 weeks ago. All in all very bad experience and I recommend everyone to not rent with this letting agency!!!
