GooglePlaced us in a mould-ridden property (when asthmatic), took 2 months for them to attend to the property and only temporarily fixed the solution. Never refunded us for belongings damaged by the mould issue, even when provided with pictures and receipts. Would not recommend for rentals.

GoogleCompletely disorganised, with almost no hope of getting a straight or consistent answer out of any of the staff. I have spent countless hours chasing them for money that has been owed to me for months. I will not be doing any business with this letting agency again.
