Had to drop a star! been treated very poorly. manager has been underhaded with my issue, pure greed and lack of fairness. his idea of compensation was to charge £150 for cleaning, even though the flat was cleaner when i left than when i arrived. any athletes, coaches or students i know looking for somewhere to rent will be warned off by me! Terrible service!!!

I don't think the staff there are very happy as they're very rude and abrupt. They lack basic communication and customer service skills, and they can't get you off the phone quick enough, verging on cutting you off.
